X-Hail with Lyns

X-Hail Kids Relaxed session.This will be a relaxed hour involving some craft, fun breathing exercises, and lying under blankets listening to a lovely story.  Relaxing yet creative and engaging to help nurture your child’s developing mind and support their emotional well-being.  All crafting materials supplied. A chance to find a wee bit of calm (hopefully!) before christmas.

Some feedback from the September session “We really enjoyed the calm, cosy environment -snuggling under the blanket, looking at the crystals, doing the breathing exercises and especially making the breathing buddy. A really lovely class!”

All children with any additional need welcomed (no need for a formal diagnosis) and siblings or best friends are welcome too. This session is most suitable for 6-12 year olds but younger children are welcome along. Parents are invited to stay with their children and enjoy the class.

The cost is £6 for one child and £4 for a second child/sibling.
