The Purpose of Collecting Children’s Health Information
Information on children’s additional support need/(s) will be sought from their parent or legal guardian in order to allow children’s activities to be tailored to their specific requirements.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for collecting children’s health information is the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Sharing of Children’s Health Information
Children’s health information will only be shared with a third party if specific consent has been granted for a particular purpose.
Security of Children’s Health Information
Health information will be stored on the SCILL (SCIO) computer which is password protected and kept in a locked cabinet. Back-up storage will be encrypted.
Retention Period
SCILL (SCIO) will retain children’s health information for the duration of the activity for which it was provided.
Automated Decision-Making or Profiling
SCILL (SCIO) does not undertake any automated decision-making, including profiling, based on children’s health information.
Your Rights
Please note that you have the following rights: –
