X-Hail Kids Relaxed session.This will be a relaxed hour involving some craft, fun breathing exercises, and lying under blankets listening to a lovely story.\u00a0 Relaxing yet creative and engaging to help nurture your child’s developing mind and support their emotional well-being.\u00a0 All crafting materials supplied. A chance to find a wee bit of calm (hopefully!) before christmas.<\/p>\n
Some feedback from the September\u00a0session “We really enjoyed the calm, cosy environment -snuggling under the blanket, looking at the crystals, doing the breathing exercises and especially making the breathing buddy. A really lovely class!”<\/p>\n
All children with any additional need welcomed (no need for a formal diagnosis) and siblings or best friends are welcome too. This session is most suitable for 6-12\u00a0year olds but younger children are welcome along. Parents are invited\u00a0to stay with their children and enjoy the class.<\/p>\n
The cost is \u00a36 for one child and \u00a34 for a second child\/sibling.<\/p>\n
