The Purpose of Collecting Children\u2019s Health Information<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Information on children\u2019s additional support need\/(s) will be sought from their parent or legal guardian in order to allow children\u2019s activities to be tailored to their specific requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Legal Basis<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

The legal basis for collecting children\u2019s health information is the consent of their parent or legal guardian. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sharing of Children\u2019s Health Information<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Children\u2019s health information will only be shared with a third party if specific consent has been granted for a particular purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Security of Children\u2019s Health Information<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Health information will be stored on the SCILL (SCIO) computer which is password protected and kept in a locked cabinet. Back-up storage will be encrypted. <\/span><\/p>\n

Retention Period<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

SCILL (SCIO) will retain children\u2019s health information for the duration of the activity for which it was provided.<\/span><\/p>\n

Automated Decision-Making or Profiling<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

SCILL (SCIO) does not undertake any automated decision-making, including profiling, based on children\u2019s health information.<\/span><\/p>\n
