{"id":445,"date":"2018-03-29T14:02:29","date_gmt":"2018-03-29T14:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/scill-aberdeenshire.org.uk\/?page_id=445"},"modified":"2018-03-29T14:02:29","modified_gmt":"2018-03-29T14:02:29","slug":"privacy-notice","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/scill-aberdeenshire.org.uk\/?page_id=445","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Notice"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Purpose of Collecting Your Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a member of SCILL (SCIO), we hold your name and contact details in order to communicate for the following purposes: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Informing you about SCILL (SCIO) news, including newsletters and information on SCILL (SCIO) Membership;<\/li><li>Informing you about events and activities such as support sessions, workshops, talks, courses, fairs and children\u2019s activities;<\/li><li>Informing you of selected information from third parties that might be of interest to SCILL (SCIO) members such as news and activities regarding supporting children with additional support needs.<br><br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Legal Basis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal basis for collecting your information is your consent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sharing of Your Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your information will not be shared with any third party unless specific consent has been granted for a particular purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Security of Your Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your personal information will be stored on the SCILL computer which is password protected and kept in a locked cabinet. Back-up storage will be encrypted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SCILL (SCIO) is using Google forms to gather membership information. Google adheres to the Privacy Shield Framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your email address will be transferred to and stored by Mailchimp for sending group emails from SCILL (SCIO).
